She is a compassionate, attentive psychiatrist who truly listens — not just to respond, but to understand.<br><br>It’s rare to find a physician who doesn’t make you feel like just another case on a conveyor belt. Dr. Boufin is warm, approachable, and present in a way that immediately puts you at ease. For the first time in a long time, I felt seen, heard, and treated with real humanity. Miss Charline really makes me feel like she cares. She really listens to me and is extremely knowledgeable in medication management. I work midnights and she works around my schedule for appointments. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

She is a great psychiatric provider and preceptor. She’s honestly very compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients all while providing great feedback and guidance to her preceptee. Her holistic approach makes the patients feel seen and supported.
