List of Viviane Connor's Reviews
I have been trying to find a new ob/gyn and hoped Cleveland Clinic would have someone top notch, but I found her very cold.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Connor. Her bedside manner is poor. I highly do not recommend her.
Very rude doctor, waiting 45 min doctor did not show up.
Poor bedside manner. Doesn’t try to recommend least invasive gynecological procedures- jumps straight to curing you open. :-(. Do not recommend.
Saw Doc for peri menopause symptoms and she did exam and called in Rx to pharmacy and I have been 100% better. Thanks Doc
She was very professional, but not very caring, attentive, or patient. She asked me if I have questions but responded to them very briefly and made me feel rushed. Though she was on time, the appointment didn't last long, leaving me unfulfilled about my complaints. She did not address my concerns.
Dr Connor specified that since lab work was done prior (in which I went to another location) that another didn't have to be done. Conclusion: unresolved.
She is cold and abrupt And uncaring. The staff who does scheduling is just as rude. I will not be going back to her anymore.
I went to Dr. Connor in early 2020 because I strongly suspected I had endometriosis and my previous OBGYN didn't believe me. I wanted a second opinion. She met with me, did my pelvic exam, and after I spoke with her about my symptoms, she said she would personally do a vaginal ultrasound to check because she had "special ways" of seeing endo on an ultrasound (btw, that is impossible). She did the ultrasound and then told me nothing was wrong, there was no reason to be worried. All after I had given her a 2-page list of my symptoms, including excruciating pain throughout my cycle. I went to an endometriosis specialist a few months later after mentally recovering from another doctor telling me I was "fine". I had excision endometriosis surgery in Dec 2020 where I was confirmed to have endometriosis, adenomyosis, dysmenorrhea, fibrosis, colon lesions, and fimbrial adhesions, all requiring extensive, major surgery, including several resections (including a colon resection, which is NOT co

Needless to say, I was not "fine". Dr. Connor does not have special abilities to see endometriosis via ultrasound and to imply such is lying. Instead, she should be referring patients with such symptoms out to specialists that have more expertise than her. I sent her a letter after my surgery to let her know. I hope she doesn't make this mistake again, but seeing the many negative reviews, I unfortunately think it will. Hence why I'm leaving a public review.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
