List of Yakov Gizersky's Reviews
He was unwilling to help. He was dismissive of my symptoms and past experience. He didn’t provide any more help than I could have gotten from google. He is, unfortunately, not knowledgeable and this extends a patients suffering. He in unwilling to use medicine to help the sick. If you are unlucky enough to get him as your “doctor” then I am sorry for you.
This guy just passes the buck. I could not get into any of my regular doctors for several days. I just need a medicine for pneumonia that I have successfully taken many times over the past 20 years with advenced lung disease. Very simple. My regular doctors immediately give it to me when any infection enters my lungs. This guy just does not know enough for even a simple request for a common antibiotic. I suspect since he is D.O. he does not believe in antibiotics in general. I don't either but when theree is a history of them being needed in this situation that is another thing.
I used MDLive for the first time and had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Gizersky. He listened to me, and responded with care. He helped me right away and gave me good advice about caring for my asthma.
My appointment went well. He prescribed two medications I have not used before and am hoping for good results.
I went through MDlive Friday dec 24. I have a history of sinus infection all my life and told him that and he did not listed instead of giving me antibiotics which always works he gave me some over the counter medication. He made me waste the whole weekend sick without anything that works. Is not until today that I finally got antibiotics because of Christmas holidays. He was rude and seems to careless for my well-being.
I can't believe how much better I feel from yesterday. I answered the questions, listened to the directions, began treatment, and actually slept last night! He knew more than me about what to do and that's comforting to me. I would request this doctor again, 10/10!
MD Live and he listened well and I provided lots of background and he asked questions. I didn't tell him what meds I wanted, and he seems to have provided the ones needed. I am pleased.
Very helpful and informative. Answered my questions and took the time to do so with a pleasant attitude, while being very professional. Would request him again.
Used his service via MDLive. He wasted his time and mine and was extremely rude. I had a toenail infection that a simple prescription would remedy. He informed me that blood work was needed prior to the prescription. Ok, sounds reasonable. Then why would you charge me a consultation fee and waste my time with the call. Just send message stating that I needed to go to regular Dr visit due to blood work. Nope, not this jerk. Calls me up, charged me fee tells me I need blood work that he is unable to order and HUNG UP ON ME when I asked him why he called me if he was unable to help me.
Worst experience and worst doctor I’ve ever spoken to. Forget bedside manners, this guy has no matters at all. From the moment the appointment started he offered no consultation, treatment or help. Told me to go to ER. This was not a real ER problem. I was refunded my $40 fee as I’m sure MDlive knows how terrible this guy is.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
