Dr. Y Ritter, I had back surgery with Dr Ritter and his team. It was a successful journey. I went to him with pain and now I am pain free. The total staff has been a pleasure to be involved with. I highly recommend Dr. Ritter for your surgical needs.

The place was nice and clean, Yoav Ritter was recommended to us because of how great he is. The nurses were so nice at speaking with us explaining everything in Spanish. Overall a great place.

Worst medical experience of my life! I met with Dr.Ritter for severe numbness to my hands, possibly coming from a neck injury. After speaking with him briefly (less than 4 minutes) he referred me to his staff, which forgot one of three prescriptions he asked be given to me. When I called back the same day to ask the doctor a question regarding the confusion, his staff hung up on me. I called back several times only to be hung up on repeatedly with the sound of laughter in the background. Over the next several days his staff refused to leave a message from me, asking for the doctor to call me when he was available. After over a week of calling and being told (The doctor cannot speak to patients without appointments) I caved-in and scheduled a phone appointment just to ask a question he didn't make clear. But after 3 weeks of waiting I simply wanted to tell him I wouldn't want to be his patient after the way I was treated. That's all we spoke of. He apologized his staff forgot the prescription, and claimed he never received any messages from his staff regarding my requests to speak to him. I thought this terrible experience was over until, SURPRISE BILL in the mail, 2 months later, HE CHARGED $153.00 JUST TO TELL HIM, "I wouldn't be coming back". I am going to fight this bill, and post this for others who might also have had this issue.

Service was excellent. Very friendly staff and clean environment. All this removed any fear I had with my surgery, which was a success. I am already back to regular duties within 3 months after 2 stage ACDF.

They are very friendly people. That works there from the Front desk to the doctor he explained everything to me. That was wrong in a way that I was able to understand exactly what method to take. I would recommend him to anybody. They did a wonderful job, and this was my first visit.

Thank you Dr. Ritter for a successful disc replacement. I appreciate your expertise and understanding as I was going through the unknown, suffering in pain and challenged by the most simplistic of capabilities prior to my surgery. I trusted in your process and in time saw the progress with your guidance. You & your office cared for me through my worst...never missing a beat. You all operate with a balance of compassion & consideration. I've been in a ton of Dr.'s offices over the years and none compare to the standard your environment sets. The office team, BIG thank you to Juliana, you set the pace for the visit and are always so welcoming, no matter how busy you truly are...you rock! Ashley, best voice to pick up the phone or face to check you in for your appointment...she's so personable, connects with the patients signing in and helpful addressing questions. The surgery team, I'm sorry that I cannot personally remember your names, it was a long day...but I would like to say Thank you!!! for being so incredible. Your collaboration in prepping me and others in a symphony of surgeries, wow!!! Incredible confidence going in and you all cared for me so well. Keep shining! Dr. Ritter, I'm just what seems to be another satisfied client. Since my surgery, I've made so much progress in the past 10 weeks.. physical therapy is helping me re-learn tasks and build up to protect my neck for the future. Thank you for everything!

Did not have the surgery yet I will be there in 10 days. So far so good. I need one disk replacement android fusion of L4/L5 after clearing the nerves obstructions both sides.
