Rude and unprofessional from the minute I got there. Comes out saying to the staff that someone added an appointment for seizures and that he doesn't or wasn't going to deal with them and that just because it came from the hospital doesn't mean he has to take them with me literally in front of him. Then they keep me there filling paper work only to have his staff call me while I was literally in their lobby to tell me he somehow "reviewed my case" while front lobby staff still had my paperwork and give me sweeter version of his attitude and how he recommended I'd go elsewhere before they me a random llc business card and sent me on my way. I waited over a week for this appointment only to be disappointed.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Ritter to anyone who has spinal issues and is looking for a neurosurgeon. My mom and mother in law both were suffering from severe nerve pain leading to muscle weakness and decrease in tone. They both saw Dr. Ritter and recommended appropriate treatment options. He did not just give surgery as an option, but went over other conservative measures as well. Along the way, he kept in touch with us, the family members to let us know what we should expect post op. Him and his staff are all very responsive and easy to get a hold off. We have been very satisfied with the care provided. And are so glad that both my mom and mil are doing well now and able to do routine activities that before was distressful for them.

Dr. Ritter gave me back my mobility back after 7 years of sciatica. I went from not walking more than 50ft before surgery and couldn't sleep from the pain. After a decompression I am now completely pain free. This last Sunday I even took a 6 mile walk just 3 weeks after surgery.

I am 3 weeks out of surgery (I had 2) and am feeling so much better. Dr. Ritter and his team do an excellent job of not only completing my back surgery but taking care of me along the way. My post surgery follow up with Dr Ritter today was amazing. The front staff pleasantly greeted me as soon as I got in ( reason I mentioned this is because I have been to other doctor’s office when that didn’t happen) Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Alexandra was very gentle when she removed the bandages from surgery site and was informative about some concerns I had. JC patiently answered all my questions and made sure I had the needed information to ensure proper healing. All in all a great staff. Thank you team!!

Dr Ritter performed back surgery on my father last week and our experience has been nothing short of perfect. His entire team is very compassionate and my father is already up and about. We are thankful for his professionalism and caring attitude.

For 7 years I had tried everything imaginable to cure myself of sciatica but eventually I decided on surgery after the pain became too severe. During my last flare up I could no longer walk even across the house or sleep more than 3 hours a night. I spoke with 5 doctors, including both orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons, and Dr. Ritter was the one I was most comfortable with. He explained the issue well, reviewed images thoroughly, and recommended the treatment that aligned with my research. Also, Maria was exceptional in handling the scheduling and insurance authorizations once surgery was decided. A few weeks later I had the decompression surgery and knew things were different as soon as I woke up in recovery. My sciatica was gone in my left leg immediately after the procedure. It is now 3 weeks after surgery and just last Sunday I walked 6 miles. Dr. Ritter changed my life and gave me my mobility back.

Dr. Ritter is an excellent physician, he takes great care in treating his patients. He goes above and beyond to coordinate and communicate with his patients and respective family. He is knowledgeable and a highly skilled surgeon. As a medical professional myself, I can say my Dad was blessed to have such an experienced, kindhearted and detail-oriented surgeon as Dr Ritter.
