Twice I tried to meet with this provider and twice they rescheduled my appointment without telling me. I would arrive on time only for them to say I was 30 minutes late and would not see me. All my messages and reminders from the hospital showcased the time I had arrived and scheduled as my appointment time. Both times the receptionists agreed with me and we’re incredibly frustrated with this team overseeing my care. As someone who works in healthcare myself, a patient should never be turned away because of incorrect office scheduling, and the patients should hold the autonomy to create appointments based on their schedules and availability without you moving them without consulting the patient first.

I learned more from a Google search then asking this doctor. This lady is not qualified to give psychiatric advice. I gained nothing from my appointment. She should deeply consider referring patients to psychiatrist if she doesn’t know how to treat their situation correctly. There is no shame in referring to other doctors for specializations for more in-depth advice because they specialize for a reason. I don’t trust her advice and Believe she should do more research and obtain more knowledge about a diagnosis before jumping to conclusions.

She is unqualified to be a doctor. I learned more from a google search than talking to her. She doesn't know how to talk to her patients and has zero empathy/sympathy. waste of time.
