I would give this place zero stars but that’s not an option. This place is an absolute joke!!!! I came here 2 times in December 2023 for a chronic cough with mucus. I was told the first time it was just allergies and just nasal drip. Prescribed 2 cough medication. The second time I came here I was told it was bronchitis and given steroids, cough medicine, and antibiotics. I finally got any appointment and went to my pcp for relief and I was diagnosed with pneumonia after a nasal swab. My other problem is that this place advertises on the front X-rays but they do not in fact do X-rays. I have also brought my son here because of ear infection symptoms and they like to say it’s post nasal drip.

I was treated at this facility on December 22, and paid my copay by credit card and my prescription with cash. 3 weeks later I received a bill because the local facility didn't post my cash payment. I have called them several times to get this straightened out, and been told that the manager will call me back. I have not received any kind of response from anyone.

The facility was very clean and well equipped, and the employees were very kind. Ms. Serenity checked me in for the madatory drug test I had to take, and she guided me through all the procedures. Never expected but I'd like to visit here again if I ever need medical service again.

I had a great experience at this facility today. I didn't have to wait long and everyone was professional and caring. Dr. Wesley Earl Kramer saw me diagnosing me with a fractured toe. He put me in a surgical shoe and prescribed me some meds for the pain. He was very concerned and caring. Thank you Centra Care!

We got there 8 AM on the dot. Only waited for about 10 minutes in the lobby and by 9 we were gone and otw to pick up prescriptions. Awesome Job!
