Anthony Cantwell's Online Review Report Card

Originally, I had made an appointment to see Dr Deneen. I was then told that he retired and they pushed me to see Dr Cantwell whom I had seen 2 years ago. Today, I called the office to ensure that all my new patient paperwork was received and in order. After holding 54 minutes, a receptionist came on and after I questioned the reason for the long hold, she burst out laughing and said "of course, there is a reason, we just came back from a 4 day break and we're very busy". I was shocked at her nonchalant response , but just asked her about my paperwork. She checked and said that they never got anything and that I had to fill out a new set and walk it to the office in person. At this time, I just asked her to cancel my appointment. Doctors never realize that their reputation begins from the patient's initial contact with their office. Unfortunately, the woman who rudely answered the phone after 54 minutes is not an example of good service. I'll have to look for another doctor hoping that their staff is more pleasant and understanding. Thank you.

It is not often one has the opportunity to review our Health Providers. I am certain that the reason being is that we expect a service with fees paid by the individual or the insurance company. Often times we never see that individual Health Provider again. In my case, I have known Dr. Anthony Cantwell for over twenty years. In this period of time, not only has he been my Urological Doctor but he has become a friend almost to the point of being family. His credentials speak for themselves but it is the patience, his ability to understand your health concerns and being able to confront one in crisis are truly his outstanding attributes not only to the patient but to the medical establishment. I can guarantee you one thing, that Dr. Cantwell is here for you and will do everything under his power to comfort you and get you healthy again.

I have recommended Dr Cantwell to family and friends and I would recommend him to all. He has helped me thru some very difficult challenging times with compassion patience and expert guidance. So if you’re looking for the complete package in a Doctor he’s the one.
