Typical burnt out doctor who doesn't have any desire to seek the underlying cause. He didn't look into anything for my husband, and that shows depraved indifference to human suffering. The office staff don't return calls or even have a basic understanding of customer service whatsoever. Terrible experience of a checked out office in a broken health care system. Don't waste your time waiting months to get into this place. They just don't have any compassion at all.

Very thorough, answered every question we had, gave us many options of care along with his recommendations. The office appearance and professional staff left us confident of the high level of care we would receive. This was our 2nd opinion, thank goodness our 1st opinion doctor was not good and we ended up with Dr. Scaglia. We found it easy to speak to someone at the office and make the necessary appointments. Would highly recommend!

I recently had my first visit there and the doctor and office were everything I hope to get at a doctor's but too often don't. Everyone was friendly and professional from the front staff and nurse to the doctor. He listened and did an exam unlike my last urologist. He seemed knowledgeable and explained things well and made me feel comfortable.

My son has been a patient for 10 years. His staff used to be helpful and friendly. Unfortunately a while back things changed and I believe it is all because if the office manager. She will not be helpful in anyway. When a simple fax was all that is required to get records from a different hospital. She refused to do this on a couple occasion's. Which delayed treatment for my son and caused me to have to take time off if work to drive in person for the records. The other hospital said they would send them just needed a release on company letterhead faxed. Too much trouble for Debbie.
