My experience with Dr Luna is excellent, the staff and the Dr. really care about you. I had bad experiences in Dr. offices before but since I am visiting Dr. Luna I am happy to be treated with respect , with real interest in my wellbeing. She treats people wright. I recommend her and her staff 100 %

When you go in their office, Dr. Luna is never there. The doctor's there in her stead don't explain your results of medical tests or explain what you should do, without it being demanded of them. Also, the medical records you should be able to count on, don't even make it to your file and they're always blaming the other facilities for not sending it. I made 4 trips in to ask for the same records and they never got it! I called the office that supposively was being requested the records. They'd never heard from them, but gladly sent the records at my request! PATHETIC!
