Look elsewhere! Especially if considering Suboxone program! I was prescribed Suboxone from this Dr. It took her well over two weeks to fill out the prior authorization form and approve the prescription. Subs are preventative maintenance for people trying to stay clean off opiates. I can only imagine how many of her patients have relapsed under her care. I contacted the office several times, one of which Vivero threatened that I would pay double the fee for prior auth. More to say but out of tim

Dr. Vivero is extremely kind and knowledgeable. My mother has been seeing her for about 8 years and has developed an excellent relationship with Dr. Vivero. I accompany my mother to all of her appointments and I can truly say I am amazed and impressed by Dr. Vivero's attention and care. I think she's a great doctor.

Dr. Vivero is very competent in her diagnostics and follows through with her patients. I found her to be very personable and easy to speak with. She actually takes the necessary time with you and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend her - I am a much older male who had reservations about seeing a female doctor, I am so glad she is here. If she runs over on an appointment it is because she is caring for someone who needs her help.

I would recommend Dr. Vivero without a single question in a heartbeat. She has the most wonderful bedside manner of any Doctor that I have had. She actually listens to my problems and really spends time with me and listens. She is a Godsend!

I can't comment on the actual Doctor, never got to see her. However, when I called to set my appt, I was left on hold then someone else picked up and got my info. I got THREE calls later that day because they got my info wrong, I should have known then. I went today and they had my appt time messed up. I waited 1 hr and finally decided to get up and go, I don't have all day to get seen for a regular physical. The lady waiting there said she's waited 4 hours before, I have no idea how someone has the patience or time to do that, but I don't.

The doctor is very rude & very mean to her staff. She just insult and embarrass her staff in front of her patients. And not only that, I have to wait 2-3 hours before I am seen. And this doctor loves to gossip and she just talk about her staff. She should not be practicing as a doctor, she is very incompetent and very rude.
