His staff were all very nice and professional. Treated with respect. Dr Matthews was on time very professional and took time to reassure you of procedures. Very gentle and explained procedure and what was happening. Did not rush and most importantly bedside manner top notch! He just seemed like he really cared about helping you. So happy I was sent to him. You can trust good care and outcome with this surgeon.

Dr. Matthews was very nice, not condescending like too many medical professionals are today. He took the time to explain my hand issues and what my options are. I would recommend this physician and his staff.

Dr Matthews would highly reccomend to anybody, great bedside manner Did not jump straight to surgery And thought of alternate ways to get rid of my pain and swelling And so far everything is going very well. He’s is not a doctor that is about money more so about his patients health overall. And only need surgery if absolutely necessary thank you for all of your help and I would highly recommend you to anybody

Dr Matthews performed a successful surgical intervention on my right shoulder after a fall and trauma. Surgery went perfect and my right arm is stronger than ever before. I am a nurse and right handed. He was reassuring me that everything would be fine as it was. I only have a very small incision scar as well. I would recommend him highly. 5 stars for him and his staff. It’s been a year now after my surgery and my arm is still strong as ever!! Thank you Dr Christopher Matthews!

I’ve known Dr Matthews since 2019 and he replaced my right shoulder in 2020. Unfortunately, now my left shoulder is in a similar situation and I immediately thought of Dr Matthews. He is so professional and pleasant that I would never trust anyone else to work on my shoulder! He injected my shoulder on my visit to give me some relief and have planned for June or July for surgery. I was very pleased to find out that it could possibly be same day surgery… no need to stay overnight! I just cannot say enough great things about Dr Matthews!! I know I’m in good hands!! Thank you ?? Dr Matthews was on-time, easily understood, and answered all questions.

Dr was attentive and explained all options available to me about my issues. We decided to go with the least invasive first and scheduled a follow-up appointment in 3 months to check results. I call this a very satisfactory visit.

Waited 1.5 hrs for then the Doctor rushed thru my exam. He was backed up. He told me he’d be right back. Took him 15 minutes. Now 1.75 hrs. XRay tech was good. Nurse was good. Very painful placement of the Cortizone needle. Doctor had to relocate. I told him he hit the bone and he acted like it was no big deal. He needs to work on his Bedside manners. I’ll probably go back to that practice but request a different doctor.

Dr Mathew’s has great communication skills as well as awesome surgical skills! He performed a total left shoulder surgery on me 1 year ago today. I healed up much quicker than expected and have very minimal scarring. He was very professional and gave me adequate time to discuss my case prior to surgery and at all follow up visits. As a retired registered RN, and having worked many years on ortho floors locally, I can recommend his services to anyone who needs hand, elbow or shoulder surgery. He if fellowship trained in a 3 anatomical locations as above and you will be glad you chose this young surgeon??

Had a visit with Dr. Matthews for a finger issue. He was extremely professional and very engaging. He diagnosed me with trigger finger and gave me an injection…explaining as he went along. I would highly recommend Dr. Matthews
