The last time I went to Coast Dental was toward the end of the covid pandemic. I was seated in the dental chair with the technician by my side, and then the dentist popped up on a computer screen that was mounted on the wall! I guess that he didn't want to be exposed to others! I was still billed for a dentist visit. Amazing. Also, the front office could use some training in customer service and social skills. Very disappointed with this experience. Then, later in the year, I was repeatedly contacted to schedule my next routine visit. I rarely write negative reviews, but this one is the exception.

Excellent , This is only the second coast Dental I've been in. But I'll tell you this one is the best. The people are awesome. They answer the phone. Answer your questions. What a great team. Unbelievable what they did to my teeth beautiful. There was really no wait time. Everything was clean.

Very pleasant visit and I’m not the one to like the dentist very much! The assistant, hygienist and the dr were all amazing!!! Dr Goldschein is hands down the best dentist I’ve had! Very caring!

I was notified of an earlier appointment availability and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I had lost the crown and it was able to be bonded back on. The best communication ever!! Always conveying to me every thing they were doing. Only downside is having to go through a call center to schedule anything.

Everyone there is very friendly. The doctor was very kind and patient with me. The hygienist was exceptional as well.

The staff was courteous and accommodating & was able to fit me in without an appointment. And scheduled me for an extraction for a week from now. Love d the dentist who was able to explain every thing to me in a way that I could understand. Great customer service. Kylie the receptionist was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable during my wait. She was was very knowledgeable.
