Doctor reviewed my spine MRI and reported to me that it was normal. Was never told I was suffering form a herniated thoracic disc. Back got progressively more painful. In 2011, I filed for SSDI. Went to the VA to get my medical records and found the MRI report Dr. True told me was normal, showed a thoracic disc herniation pushing into my spinal cord. . I trusted this Orange City VA primary care doctor with my health and was let down. Poor quality of care crippled me physically and mentally.
