Cynthia Baldwin's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Baldwin and staff are rude and unprofessional. I called the office a week ago for a refill. I was told since 34 days past the annual date of an exam, they would setup an appointment, then call in the prescription for a short term refill. A week later I called to check the status. No one bothered to tell me Dr. Baldwin wouldn't refill the meds. After calling 5 times talking with various unhelpful rude staff (including Deb), I was sent to the nurse, KRISTY HARRIS. Ms. Harris was incredibly rude and the most unprofessional person I've encountered in a medical practice. After telling her I have no pills left and am concerned about stopping abruptly without tapering off, she effectively said my medication was not important, she said "it's not like it's blood pressure medicine". Concerned, I asked to talk with the doctor. Harris said the "Dr. has 2K patients and would not call back" - effectively saying "you are not important". She said call your primary care doctor. BEWARE no CARE.

I would leave no stars if I could. This lady is so cold hearted, I cannot believe she still has her license. In this field you should make women feel welcome and comfortable but she was horrible. My first apt for my first child and I left the office in tears. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.

Had seen Dr. Baldwin regularly for several years, then, due to an illness and inheriting both of my 80 year old parents (Alzheimer's), and, then, of course, the year of quarantine/pandemic, life took a crushing turn. Finally feel like life has gotten back on track with this new normal (24/7 parent care and vaccine help with covid), and I was disappointed to hear that this doctor won't see me again as a patient because I didn't follow through with a recommendation she made in 2017. I may not have been able to 'follow through' with her recommendation, but I DID follow up - unfortunately, got ill, which lasted for SEVERAL months, resulting in cancelled appointments, (all followed by inheriting parents - Hospice/ death of one, and then the pandemic). I am an extremely detail-oriented person and take my responsibilities seriously, so, while I understand that her time is valuable, I am disappointed in the lack of empathy. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment I received from the appointment person on the phone in their office - if you're looking to be treated like a number, this is the place. If you're looking to be scolded as though you're a child, this is the place.

Even after posting this review and sending a message through their client portal a week ago, NO one has been in touch with me. This is what you can expect if you use this practice!Dr. Cynthia Baldwin is amazing! Moved here 3 years ago from Orlando and was thrilled to find her! Downside is having to deal with the office staff who are disengaged and could care less. Another challenge is that although their office is advertised as open, my doctor's hours are significantly reduced. Don't know if it's the same with all in the practice. So it becomes a game of lucky if you can get an appointment. I work 50+ hours a week supporting 3 shifts and was just informed that my appointment-a month out-was being moved-up by several hours. Can't do it! So although a wonderful doctor, if you can't get in for an appointment and have to deal with a challenging office staff in the interim-how lucky was I to find this practice?

Dr. Baldwin is the best doctor I've seen in a long time. She made me feel so comfortable, I was able to be open without feeling judgement and I felt great when I left. The entire staff is so nice and welcoming. I am so happy I found this practice!

Been going to Dr Baldwin for 10 years and she is SIMPLY THE BEST! Very caring, intelligent and personable! Proactive with proventative healthcare! Love her!

Long story short I had an ectopic pregnancy which should have been taken care of at five weeks when it was known but she gave me the “benefit of the doubt”. I ended up loosing my baby that took me a year to conceive and my Fallopian tube due to the damage when I went into surgery at nine weeks. This possibly could have been prevented if she would have took action when she knew what was wrong at five weeks. I was also never explained the surgical procedure or possibility of loosing my Fallopian tube. I’ll never forgive myself for not suing.

Horrible experience here. They never call back and always leave you on hold. Whenever I needed a prescription filled they didn’t seem to be concerned that it was almost out. Had to get it filled by emergency services twice.

I have been seeing Dr. Baldwin for six years now and each year just seems to get worse. I have seen her since I was 16 years old and currently am 22 years old. She continues to increasingly become snarkier and snippier with me and while she highly encouraged the Depo Shot or the Pill, neither worked for me and basically had an, "Oh well" kind of attitude. Nasty attitude and condescending as the years go on. Constantly was pushing the pap smear tests without any regard of other issues I had.
