Received a cervical MRI for reading. History of trauma, severe. 39 year old Marine Corps infantry veteran of war. Read MRI as if I were an elderly man with no trauma history. Skipped C1 and C2 altogether. Do better. Lazy medicine at its best doing nothing for patients. There are real people on the other side of your "work", "doctor". Some of them are educated enough to understand you didn't put any real effort into your job.

This doctor read an MRI for a 39 year old marine corps veteran of war with a history of severe trauma of the upper mid and lower spine, head, and left shoulder. Dr David read this as if he was an elderly man with no history of trauma. This is easy to spot because the doctor neglected any commentary on C1 and C2. This is common for average cervical examinations where trauma is not involved. In the case of thia patient, it was where a majority of the dysfunction and pain radiate from effecting cranial nerves reducing the visual field in his left eye as well as contributing to migraines and pain down into the left shoulder and arm. Because of Dr David's ineptitude and lazy medical practice this patient will lose time and energy pursuing further testing. His service is a waste of time, money, and your own energy. Look elsewhere just like you would when dealing with a lazy or inept mechanic. Doctor is just another job. He does his poorly.

Dr. Turetsky did an excellent job of explaining the procedure, the potential complication and the expected outcome and follow up treatments. He also fit me into his schedule on one days notice.

Dr Turetsky perform a aneurysm coilling on my brain with great success. He is a very knowledgeable Dr. and very Great bedside manner.. A scary procedure for me and he made feel very comfortable about it.. Also, had PAD in my leg which he has done procedure. I would Highly recommended him
