I love Dc. Pierre-Louis, she's a GREAT Doctor!!!!!

I went to this clinic at 18 years old because I was looking to get an IUD after taking birth control pills for 2 years. They scheduled me for a wellness exam and then told me they would make an appointment for the IUD after I went through the exam. I should have known from the first exam that the experience would be horrible. Dr. Pierre-Louis came into the room and questioned me about my health and normal routine stuff. After, she did the pelvic exam and while her fingers were inside me she said something along the lines of , " I can tell you haven't had a bowel movement today". It caught me off guard but I didn't say aything and booked the appointment for the IUD. She gave me no instructions on what the experience would be like or what I needed to do. I showed up to the appointment and went to the room where her nurse was setting everything up. The nurse asked me if I took anything for the pain. I said I didn't know I was supposed to. After waiting about 30 minutes for the doctor show up, she finally came in and got everything ready. After she finally inserted it, (worst pain I had ever expereinced in my life, they did an ultrasound and found that SHE HAD PLACED IT IN WRONG. They had to pull the IUD out and put it back in again. I'm only writing this review now two years later because I didn't realize how traumatic it was. I'm having to force myself to do it again. At least this time it wont be with Dr. Pierre-Louis.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pierre-Louis’s for years. She is truly one of the nicest physicians I have ever met. I never feel rushed during my appointments and she always makes sure to address all my questions and concerns. She is great about making you feel comfortable and at ease. She’s a fantastic doctor!

The best ob/gyn I have ever had! Delivered 3 of my 4 children.. in addition to a few surgeries . Extremely knowledgeable and informative. I truly trust this woman with my life!

She diagnosed a serious health concern during my first visit and immediately referred me to a specialist that saw me the same day and who did perform the surgery that I needed successfully

Dr Pierre Louis is my OB/GYN. I absolutely love her. She is very thorough. She explains everything that is going on with you and what she is doing to and for you. During delivery of my son she was awesome. I wouldn't have any other Dr for delivery. She is by far the best.

Absolutely ruined my birth experience. I was left totally broken. She couldn't have cared less

Nurse/ MA Robin does not return calls. When trying to schedule appointments Lucy in scheduling is rude and refuses to schedule. Kara the receptionist of whoever she is, is rude, yells, and very argumentative. Still not sure why she got upset. They expect you to the process of the clinic even when you have never been a patient. They don't care about pregnant women. Please don't use this office it will cause stress during pregnancy. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Not worth it at all.

Since deliverin my baby with this Surgeon I have been traumatized. I have had to seek counseling for how I was treated and the severe post partum she caused. She threatened me over the hospital phone she taunted me while performing a c section on me. She forced me into a c section because my pelvis was too small and my blood pressure was elevated. But the way she delivered the news to me was degrading and condescending. Please do not see this doctor! She should not be in this profession.

I was new in the area and when I get pregnant I didn't have idea of where to go , so my insurance gave me a list of the providers and I check her background and specialist and experience in pregnancy after c section and I wanted a women that speak Spanish too but at the end she never speak me in Spanish it makes a little hard but I delivered my baby with her I felt secured with only that she is so serious I felt like a kid with his teacher all the time but it's part of her professionalism.
