My family and I have been patients of Dr Crouch and his father for many years. Always have felt cared for and that is so important. Bedside manner is exceptional, and his knowledge is amazing, just an all around great person.

Dr. Crouch is a very competent dr. He ensures you’re heath is of his utmost importance. The nursing staff and clerical staff are awesome. Dr. Crouch treats me and talks to me like a friend, not a number or just another patient I highly recommend Dr. Crouch and his staff.

The doctor it's his relationship with the City of Daytona Beach above his medical practice. I saw him for years after my City vehicle was totaled in a traffic accident. During the years of appointments at his office, he rarely treated me. A lower back injury that was verified was by MRI and orthopedic professionals was treated as a joke by him. His office visits were social visits where he asked me about golf. The depth of his medical expertise was that if I played golf, I must be faking an injury. Despite the fact that MRI imaging proved the injury. He never asked in over ten years of treatment if I was able to finish the round or could walk well the next day. He declined physical therapy and nearly never even examined my back in the ten years I saw him. Apparently, my decision to try to get out and live my life was beyond his medical training. He is in the city's pocket. A poor excuse for a medical professional. Many city employees know what a joke this man is.

he is very nice and very easy to talk to. he listens even when you haven't been to see him in a long period of time. doesn't rush you out the door if you have questions he will answer them .
