Can't get my husband's medical records he requested 5 months ago
Dr Evan Fynes is an excellent physician. He diagnosed me on July 8th 2016 with low risk prostate cancer. He explained all my options. So we decided to monitor it. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I had followup visits every 3 months. Dr Fynes always asked about my well being. What I wanted to do. In 2019 I had radiation therapy. It will be 2 years in November cancer free. If you need an urologist. I highly recommend Dr Evan Fynes.Thank you so much for taking the time in helping me with decisions
Have had Dr Fynes for several years on routine check ups. Recently had a procedure done and recuperated very quickly...Excellent physician.
Unresponsive. My father has questions regarding a recommended procedure. He asked me to help with the questions. He has filed HIPAA to allow me to ask his questions. I have been calling for a month without any answers.UPDATE: 8/19 - UNREPSONSIVE. Manager no help and has given ultimatum of charged office visit with my father bringing phone to appt so I may also be involved. Dr Fynes did call me 3x in the middle of the afternoon 6 weeks after initial phone call, none of which I was available. Virtual appointments are not available. No response in message sent in patient portal. They will not give provide a wide window (2-3 hours) of when he is available to return our call per the office manager who states he is too busy. I live out of state so this makes all very difficult without help.Office manager I spoke to (Ashley) is not person listed on automated google responses - Jeri Cregers. Have never heard from this person, even when emailed. Office and doc do not care or are too busy to give adequate attention.
I would give this office 5 stars, but when it comes to payment they aren't so good, , I had 2 appointments, I paid a 35$ co- pay, was told I needed a cysocopy, they set an appointment for me, they called and let me know my payment would be 100.62, I asked if that included my co-pay they said yes, ok great, I had my cysocopy, Dr Fyne and all the staff were great, a month later I get a bill for 37.60 saying I owe for a co-pay that they already said was included, handed me some BS about that 100.62 was for the surgery office not for their office, it was all the same office that I had surgery at, and if I owed a co- pay it should be 35$ not 37.60, I do believe they are double billing me, but I will go ahead and pay untill I call my insurance agent to see what's up, they may have to re-emburse me, just a warning be sure to ask if your payment is correct and ask them if you will be getting another co-pay in the mail, so staff and Dr Fyne awesome would definitely recommend them, billing becareful
Official medical records reported that Simple out-patient procedure was done on my husband, but the truth is he was e-vac’d to Ormond hospital and stayed for 5 days. That information was not on the doctors submitted report. Dr Fyne said he would check on him in the hospital and never came. Even our head nurses couldn’t understand why the doctor would not respond to their requests. Went to the office for a follow-up. Dr. Fyne was In the hall Outside our door (we could hear him talking). He told the PA that he had no time to talk with us. He put his very kind PA in an awkward position. i believe we were treated with great disrespect and dismissiveness, never by the staff but definitely by Dr. Fyne
