Trying to schedule a CT scan which Dr ordered and was told on phone the order was not there two days after sent. Called Dr office and was told the order was in fact sent and had been in their portal requesting ASAP. Called back to Twin Lakes and disconnected while on hold. Ordering physicians office said they have had so many problems with them they are addressing it with the scheduling supervisor and would do so again. Always liked going to Twin Lakes but seems it might be time to look for another place. Also as far as confidentiality the last time I was there I could hear everyones information being bellowed across the waiting room by the receptionist. What they were there for what the test is. Such a HIPAA violation.

TRIED TO PERFORM WRONG TEST Very disappointed with the professionalism of this facility. They set me up for a carotid artery cat scan. I questioned this and was told no this was what they were doing. I said NO please check and verify the written order. When they did finally check the written order the order was for a CT Angiogram Coronary Arteries. How often does this happen when the patient doesnt catch the mistake and is exposed to unnecessary radiation and billed for this. Then has to go through further delayed testing to correct previous mistakes. Just not acceptable.

I had my first experience at the Women’s Center for a mammogram and ultrasound. I was very pleased with the entire process. The technicians were all extremely informative kind and easy to talk with. I also met one of the radiologists who had me go back to his office to see his concern on my films and explained why he wanted to do the ultrasound. He took time to show genuine care and concern which is rare in most facilities.I have gone through this for years so I am quite used to it and not nervous about a possible issue but I do appreciate the level of concern comfort they showed me. I know if this was a first time for me I would have felt very well cared for and not as nervous.Thank you to all of the wonderful ladies gentlemen who work in the women’s center. You are awesome

After dealing with billing errors for a decade a very smart young woman named Katlyn Kennedy who works at Twin Lakes Imaging at registration in the Woman’s Center was able to figure out why I was being billed wrong…and Katlyn fixed it in five minutes She is an asset and true professional. Radiology Associates Imaging Twin Lakes is a great facility with a very friendly and professional staff. My family and myself have been utilizing the services that this group offers for many years and we will continue to use them. I highly recommend them.
