I just wanted to take a minute to thank Dr Rees and all of his staff for both the pleasant and timely fashion and which they assist their patients.These folks really take the time to listen and assist in any way they can during your visit. Dr Rees its just awesome. The nurses are always attentive and smile and make you feel calm during your office visit. However a special kudos is being noted to Jennifer who is Dr Reeses assistant at the front desk. Every time that I have been in that office for myself and or for my wife she is always smiling and prepared to do whats necessary and doing such in a quick fashion. Both prior to seeing the doctor and after seeing the doctor she is just plain a great employee. And my wife agrees. I wish every doctor and their staff treated folks the way these professionals do as it sure would make it a lot easier to go into the doctors office Thank you again to Jennifer and all the great staff as well as Dr Rees

Dr. Ombogo is one of the best doctors Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. My appointments with him were always on time and he always made sure to listen to my questions and provide detailed answers. Very kind man and I would trust him with my health any day of the week Thank you

Met Doctor Schock for the first time today. Was very pleased with him he took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in detail. I now have a new primary doctor locally.Thank you Doc

Dr. Ryan Reese is the WORST doctor EVER If I could leave 0 stars I would. He has his back to you while he is on the computer asking questions dicatating. He dictates that he has given the patientdetailsinstructions NEVER does Visits are rushed and I mean rushed No propper exam done. His nurse Jeannie is rude as they come. The office will NOT return phone calls. Stay away BEWARE This is NOT a good or thorough doctor whatsoever

Excellent staff and doctors. Caring and capable.

I was a first time patient and the office staff was l very pleasant. Saw the doctor and she was supposed to fax in my mail order prescriptions. When I called my pharmacy she did not do it. I called the office and waited over 25 minutes for customer service to only tell me she would have to send a message to the doctor. Waited two days called my pharmacy and they never received the prescription. Called the office back and changed it to a local pharmacy as I only had two pills left. Called the local pharmacy 24 hours later and they had not received the prescription. Called the dr office back waited another 25 minutes on the phone only to be told that there was nothing they could do until the doctor answered her email.I am changing doctors and facility. This run around with the interns that they have working there is not working for me Good bye Halifax Health.

dr. schock is a very nice doctor u wait in the waiting room for less then 10 min. when u go in the back u only wait for about 15 min. dr schock is a very caring doctor he really does care

Awful experience with this office. Find a doctor who’s more concerned about your health than making a little extra money. Dr. Grube will spend a very short amount of time with you and will bill you whichever way is most expensive. If you attempt to dispute it youll have the pleasure of speaking with Tammy who is rude and unhelpful. Then if you’re persistent enough to get a hold of Sarah the billing manager she will make false promises of investigating the issue and never contact you again. Truly a disappointing experience all around.
