Great staff short wait time and the nurses are very professional.

Lazy office staff everything seems to be someone elses job. The website states they are open until 345 however they close at 245. Arrived yesterday day exactly at 245 and they refused to see me. Today more staff than patients still waiting for a simple lab draw and staff was rude when I tried to explain I have another procedure and needed to know how long this might be to decide if I had time to stay. Very rude yesterday and today when I pointed out discrepancy on website regarding time.

I had just recently had a life shattering experience that offset majority of my household income and had to use some medical credit cards at a new pharmacy named Halifax pharmacy. The pharmacist who I believe is also the owner wasn’t setup to accept my card but gave me the medication that I needed on the promise that I would return the following week to pay my bill in its entirety. I had no idea that people or places existed in our “ smartphones era” that is dumbing up America I just wanted to genuinely say thank you mam
