Brooks Rehab inhome is marvelous. RN Ruby was here today so caring and professional and medically knowledgeable treated us like family with her personal care and expertise. We love her. Just great. We are thrilled with our experience and feel we will be so much healthier because of her.

I do NOT recommend this place or any of its facilities. They do not protect your medical information and violate a long list of HIPPA and PII laws. The medical contract this facility expects you to sign in order to receive their assistance does not protect the patient whatsoever. It is clear this practice depends on people who do not fully understand the terms of the contract they sign.

My daughter received excellent speech therapy from Alexis. We were told she was doing much better and Alexis would like to take a 6 month break and see where my daughter was at then. My daughter started having some of her old speech habits come back and we called to get her back in. I was told I would need a referral from her doctor again. My daughter was never discharged and was given a 6 month follow up date I was inquiring as to why she would need another referral. I was very confused and asked the woman at the desk to please explain it. I was told I could speak with the manager but that it was Halifax policy that she get a referral. I said what will your manager tell me that you havent. She accused me of yelling at her for 10 minutes and said she couldnt help me. Not once did I raise my voice or speak out of line. I was confused. I called back to file a complaint against this receptionist for lying about me yelling and to request them to listen to the recording only to be sent to voicemail and not receive a call back. Its a shame my daughter cant get the services she needs and. Now I see why you have a 2 star rating and none of my children will ever go there again.

These therapists are amazing Im doing things in 3 months post injury that I was told Id never do again.

I am giving a one star review because they kicked my 4 year old nephew out of speech therapy and can’t see him for 6 months because he missed an appointment due to illness. This is not only disappointing but quite frankly disgusting.
