My name is James Mead. Dr. Latiff is a giant when it came to my diagnosis. I have a very aggressive melanoma and at age 50 with 5 small children I was beyond terrified. I cannot remember a time he has been wrong in 18 months...I understand the possibilities and wrote myself off a few times. Stay oHe didnt know that the counseling he was doing for for me was brought home and used for my family. I a. Blessed to have him steering my car. I would recommend this manfor anyone with a desire to be involved with there recovery...FANTASTIC PERIOD

Doctors are amazing. Staff really needs to get their stuff together and act like they like working there. Its stressful enough to have to get any type of treatment but front desk constantly forgetting to check someone in and appts are delayed by more than 30 min is absolutely ridiculous. So upset about how they handle their appts. Then they lie and say they have emergencies yet 7 people walk in and out for treatment and no one comes out to say anything to us.

My doctor Dr. Townsend was wonderful. She’s compassionate and kind. Nurses also professional and personable. My complaint was with their website. I was unable to access my records and labs for the duration of my treatment which was about a year or more. It made no difference who I spoke with how assertive I became. Nothing came of it. I complained to Dr Townsend nurses IT customer service etc. I could’ve looked up and called CEOs etc... go right to the top. I should have. But why should I do all this work calling and explaining my grievance if no one cares? In 2020 a hospital website with patient’s information should be functioning and mandatory when dealing with terminal cancer. Soooo sooo frustrating

Dr Zafar Latif and staff is the only reason my husband survived fourth stage cancer twice. And collapsed lung. Always will appreciate them. And so happy he is a part of our lives.

They saved my life was very helpful and caring I dont know what id have done if not for the loving doctors nurses radiation and chemotherapy staff and even the nutrition expert was sho sweet and caring thank you all so much

It took me 53 days to get into chemotherapy.Because I was never told of 3 mandatory visits to the oncology department..was never told of Patient assistance by Halifax Hospital.I had to find out about that through phone calls around to other Oncologists offices here in Daytona.I had to have two separate biopsies.Because the first time the Doctor missed my mass 5 seperate times Diagnosed with cancer 11162017 my first chemotherapy treatment was on 1082018 What can I say..oh it took 49 days to get my cancer staged This is what I got with no insurance...Money makes the world go round

Took my mother for her first appt only to arrive and be told her appt was cancelled. They charge nurse Katrika ? was extremely rude and not at all helpful. The scheduler who came to reschedule was also extremely rude. I am beyond disappointed in the lack of professionalism and basic human decency. Shame on you
