Called to ask if they took my insurance. Put on hold 4 12 minutes. They then asked if I could hold again. I said yes. Waited another 4.5 minutes. The girl did not know if they took care of ankles? or if they took my insurance. Took my info down and said someone would call. Received a voice mail telling me to call them to make an appointment. Didnt leave an answer to my questions on voicemail. So I called back I asked to speak to the girl that left the message I was asked how my name was spelled. Her next question Are you sure? I replied Yes Im sure how I spell my name. So at this point I just gave up and said never mind. Too bad the doctors staff doesnt have it together enough for me to even find out if they take my insurance.
