Halifax Health's Online Review Report Card

My actual appt with Dr Jesse Greenblum wasnt as bad as a lot of other reviews said however I have issue with how they handle things. I had an ultrasound on August 18th the results were in August 19th as I was able to see them on the radiologist website. I never received any calls or messages about my results until it was LITERALLY 3 WEEKS past and I had to message them on the halifax portal to Inquire about the results. Took 4 days for a response there which just said negative...uh ok thats informative. Now today September 15th almost an entire month since my results were in I got a call from a nurse with results. After waiting 25 mins on hold the receptionist answered and read me what the results were. Did not even speak to a nurse a non medical receptionist told me the results while laughing and said..negative. which doesnt explain anything that the actual report from the radiologist said. Pretty disappointing to be treated like this as a patient.

Worst place ever to go for ur pregnancy I would not recommend this place even though I’ve been going throughout my whole pregnancy I am considered high risk I’m eight months pregnant they’ve only given me one ultrasound throughout my whole pregnancy the doctor never talks to me and tells me anything what’s going on with me or how the pregnancies going every time I go he fastly checks my baby’s heartbeat and then it’s like that’s it and then it’s time to go I will not be coming here for future pregnancies this place is a rat sheet last ultrasound I had done was at 18 weeks

Never have any available appointments. Always have to be schedule 3 months out. Horrible.

Absolutely the WORST OB you could ever imagine. I went in to have an IUD removed only to basically be mocked and told it had fallen out. IT NEVER FELL OUT After unsuccessful ultrasounds I asked for an xray convinced it had migrated into my body. He REFUSED ME AN XRAY AND SAID IT ISNT NECESSARY AND THAT THE IUD IS NOT IN MY BODY. I went to my primary doctor and she immediately ordered additional imaging....lo and behold THERES THE IUD IN MY PELVIS The pain became so severe I ended up in the hospital having emergency surgery. This doctor JESSE GREENBLUM needs to give up womens medicine I underwent so much pain and torture and it could have easily been delt with.

My girlfriend has not had a good experience with this place. She was quoted over$400 to remove an IUD that had already been ultrasound verified to be in an acceptable position. When she told the nurse on the phone that she couldnt afford it and that it was ridiculous given perfect placement without embedment and that she was going to yank it at home all the nurse said was dont do that and laughed even though she knew my girlfriend was in constant pain from the device being too rigid. Didnt offer to tell us that there was a low income form packet to fill out.

This place is just straight flat horrific Im pregnant with my first child and this place has been nothing but bad to me. the doctors have no idea what theyre up to nobody is on the same page. I call to talk to doctors and the women over the phone are rude one time i waited 45mins in the back room for a nurse to come in and see me once it had been 30mins of just sitting there I went out there to ask them to please send me someone and once they did the girl walks in and goes oh my God they have u all the way in the back Im just like WHATEVER ... 45mins for a paper review and to hear my sons heart beat. This place is just horrible I will never recommend them to anyone. Any future pregnancy I will be going through ormond never them. Worst first experience of my life for my first born.

I trusted them. After I gave birth in my twenties I stopped having periods. I stopped having them for five years. My FSH levels were high between 20 and 40 at the time. NEVER ONCE WAS I TOLD THAT I COULD BE GOING THROUGH PREMATURE OVARIAN FAILURE. In fact the doctor assured me that I would still be able to have children with the proper treatment later on. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.

Dr Greenblum was my doctor during my first pregnancy twins He was very aggressive when doing checkups I was terrified every time I went because of how bad he hurt me.He’s also very nonchalant and careless. The nurse was a little helpful but her presence also seemed nonchalant. I would not recommend this place simply because the doctor is not helpful at all he does the bare minimum for his patients. Just enough to receive a check I would listen to my advice and choose someone who’s in it for the patients NOT the money.

If I could give zero stars I would .... Ladies please please do not waste your time at this doctor office Find someone that actually cares about YOU YOUR baby’s health. When I first met Dr. Greenblum he walked into the room with a nurse silent as could be ... didn’t introduce himself what so ever.. didn’t even tell me he was the one that was going to be my doctor All he said was put your legs up right here and slide down begin to do a Pap smear very aggressive.. went to his computer and started typing. This is my FIRST pregnancy and I am pregnant with TWINS I asked him several questions he completely ignored me and stayed typing on his computer The nurse finally jumped in and started answering my questions because he would not answer what so ever she was embarrassed apologized for his actions. She said “ I’m sorry he has had quite the day “ . My next appt he said I was spilling a little sugar in my urine Keaton’s. I had no clue what this was and what was going to happen. He was not helpful one bit. Didn’t even explain to me at all what this was. I left the office clueless. I Had to go to google search for answers. I then got into a car accident someone hit me from behind going 35 mph while I was at a redlight turning I was bleeding cramping so I went to the hospital they gave me an ultrasound. The hospital told me it was very important to follow up within a couple days with my OBGYN TO DO A detailed ultrasound because they couldn’t look at everything? So I called Dr. Greenblums office and they REFUSED to see me They said they were 45 weeks backed up I would have to wait over a month to be seen I was not happy about that I WAITED 33 days to be seen when I got to the doctors they didn’t have me scheduled for an ultrasound All they did was the basics.... weight blood pressure temperature LISTENED FOR HEARTBEATS FOR BOTH OF MY BABIES. I begged them to do an ultrasound told them I waited 33 days for this that I got into a car wreck.... I was crying horribly because I felt like I was being neglected. When I left that day I started calling around to other doctors to switch. I couldn’t find anyone that would take me either because of my insurance or I was to far along or because I was a “little” to high risk for them... so I stayed with Dr.Greenblum. When I went to call to schedule my next appt. I got yelled at by the front desk lady telling me I am no longer with them that another doctor requested your files and that we don’t need to take you back how I can drop you at any time if you ever do that again... or ever miss an appt with us again without canceling 3 days ahead??? So now Every time I call them the lady is very rude Dr. Greenblum refuses to talk to me he will only rely messages to me thru the front desk lady... There is so many other things that I can’t even begin to tell you about this office. So in my opinion this whole ENTIRE office should be shut down. The staff is extremely rude and will not do their jobs correct. I will never ever come back to this office again IN MY LIFE will never recommend anyone here. It’s just sad that they can treat a 23 year old first time mom that is having TWINS this way and not even feel any remorse what so ever. Mommies that are expecting Please PLEASE go to someone that is going to give you the best care possible. PLEASE I don’t want to see you go thru what I have experienced here.

I love this office the staff is always so friendly and the doctors are awesome Never a long wait time worth the drive for me. Highly recommended.
