This Doc. Is listening and paying attention . The best We ever met

great care!!!

ok, so my husband has been seeing Dr. Coleman for a few years and thinks this guy is great, but not me. See, Dr. Coleman tells my alcoholic husband to have a few beers and prescribes him with meds for impotency, sleeplessness(with booze really?)and other issues that are caused because he drinks to much. He tells him he is healthy and hubby says to he tells him to enjoy a few beers. I tried to call and give them an FYI about the amount he drinks but the nurses did not seem to care. I AM DOCUMENTING all of this so when he gets liver issues or OD's I can call Dr Coleman's nursing staff with that information and my attorney. I am sure he is a nice guy but a bit nieve when dealing with a substance abuser. A few beers is NEVER a few.

thorough and excellent patient care

When we first started going to Dr Coleman it wasn:t to bad. The time waiting to finally see the doctor is uncalled for. We have numerous other doctors that we are in and out within our appt. time. Seems to not bring up previous visit for followup unless you mention it first. Why sdo I have lab work, etc done if he's not going to follow up with me. Whoever does their billing needs to stay on top of it. They are the only Doctor we have a problem with when it comes to billing and insurance. He is by all means very nice, but that doesn't make up for the other things wrong.

Excellent, thorough, professional, caring, and provides detailed verbal and written feedback during your visit. Wait time may be longer than other doctors, but Dr. Hugh Coleman is truly well worth the wait.

Wait time was always more than an hour. Did not seem to care

You may have to wait some time to see Dr. Coleman, but when it's your turn he is very thorough. My husband and I are confident in his medical knowledge. We would highly recommend him to others.

No patients were there and the wait was VERY long. Staff (nurses) were in training, and not very knowledgeable. Don't fall for the $3000 decompression machine scam. He is knowledgeable and very informative but does not listen to patients. For some reason he likes to meet with his patients every month. This shows good intent, but can be overzealous.

Overbooks appoinments. Must wait over an hour to get into room then wait. Doesn't listen to what I say, rushed, talks hurriedly. Uses dictaphone to record session and pauses a lot to ask me same questions over again letting me know I didn't have his attention from the beginning. Tried to sell me a mattress on one visit. Longest time I spent at office is five hours, went home after 8 pm, I was not a happy camper but I needed my maintenance prescriptions renewed, only reason for visit. Desperitely trying to find new doctor with my insurance provider that will give quality care.
