Dr. Eddin is one of the doctors that provide care for our assisted living residents. He also heads up the care for Vitas. I can not say enough great things about him personally. He amazes me, and I have worked with many physicians in the past. If we ever have any issues he personally visits, instead of sending some else. His team is just as great!! Everyone is a pleasure to work with.

I arrived, filled my paperwork. There were patients that were seen while I filled my paperwork. After waiting for some time i was told "sorry but Dr. Eddin is in a meeting!". The receptionist wasn't sure when the meeting would be over. She was willing to make another appointment for me but I declined. If we the patients miss an appointment we get charged, but it's ok for Dr. Eddin to get in a meeting while I had been waiting to be seen by him. 1/18/2022

This is an amazing group of professionals who go way above any other Practitioners who care for their patients with professionalism and great care. The physicians and nurse practitioners work very hard in all they do to take care of people. The best of the best!!

I had the honor of working with this wonderful group of people. I am a nurse and worked at a local LTC /REHAB facility. This wonderful group took time and truly care about their patients. Available 24/7 to do the best for the patients. They are all smart and caring.

TOP NOTCH CARE combined with an INCREDIBLE Team! The staff here is the BEST in the business and they truly care about going above and beyond for their patients and their families. From the office environment, provider communication, nurse care, flexibility, and overall decision making - I am so thankful I found such a practice and one I can trust! Highly recommend. Thank you!
