John Ortolani's Online Review Report Card

I just called to try and get some information and the gal that answered the phone would not give me her name and was not pleasant to speak with at all. I do not appreciate being spoken to as if I am dumb.

J.Ortolani retired...The new Director is either anti opioid or on some type of power trip... Reducing ESTABLISHED PATIENTS meds across the board WITHOUT ever talking to you...Has his Drs and nurse practitioners do it, and tells them to lie, and say it's required by the CDC rules...IT IS NOT, and anyone can verify that...He thinks everyone will believe the lie and then think HIS HANDS ARE TIED and has no choice... SORRY DOC, this is 2022 and ppl can check on your lies in the waiting room..This is sending GOOD PPL onto the streets to get the meds they so badly need to have SOME QUALITY OF LIFE...A patient (dear friend) OD'ed last week, buying counterfeit drugs on the street... fortunately she was home and her husband was able to administer a nasal antidote....Whatever his motives, it's stripping the quality of life from a bunch of patients (including mine), and forcing them to buy street drug...he Almost caused one death last week and only a matter of time before someone does die because of his wreckless decisions...he needs to be stopped...Stay clear of this place should you need this type of service.... PLEASE..good luck with your endeavors to have some quality of life....thank you...

Clueless when it con s to Myasthenia Gravis. Mainly pain Management

Its like weekend at Burneys I haven't seen him in 2years !! I don't recommend this facility or Dr!!

Terrible doctor I could say a lot of things but I believe he is so bad he will be handled by someone greater then I terrible doctor gives out drugs like candy see female patients by himself actually kicks his staff out of room. Sad human for sure.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Great doctor, horrible staff. There's never any note of any of my previous visits or calls every time I call, extremely unhelpful and unprofessional office workers. No responsibility or accountability taken whatsoever, just inconvenienced patients.

I went to this so called doctor for over 4 year's, only ever seeing him once!!! I missed my last appointment, but tried to reschedule it today, only to be told they are dropping me because I missed the appointment. Their office personell are very rude, and should be fired, as well as this doctor having his license revoked!!! They make you wait an hour sometimes, just to be seen by a doctor's helper, who then proceeds to talk to you for 30 seconds, before giving you the paperwork for your next appointment!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I didn't have the option of minus!!! Very rude, and uncompassionate!!!!

Alicia in the office has God complex. The new Dr. Christie oh she’s a piece of work. She’s condescending and she did not know that I was also going to Med school. Extremely condescending I only met her twice and on the second day after going for 10 years she dismissed me after lowering my medication and a half after an MRI states that I need medication more than I thought. Lawsuit. They never gave me instructions on how to wean myself off they left it up to the pharmacy and the pharmacist was shocked- Don’t worry about Dr. or Lonnie because you will never see him even though they will charge you for doctors appointments when you’re only seeing a nurse practitioner which is why my insurance didn’t want to pay them- they tried sticking me with this bill little do they know I’ve already reported it to Florida. This office does not care about your health at all you never see one doctor you see a bunch of nurses and never the same person twice. I don’t even know if these people are doctors or physical therapists or administrative office assistance but I don’t think their doctors this place needs to be closed down

Never, I repeat never see this doctor! Him and his staff are the worst i have ever experienced. He never listened to a word i said, he never asked questions, his staff was rude and it was apparent that they had no respect for him. He was disgusting in his appearance. Skin fragments coated his shirt, you didn't want him to get near you. He changes your medication without reviewing it with you affecting your quality of life. You will be told if you don't like his answers find another doctor. Find another pain management doctor

I'm Jeremy Thomas wife. I saw Dr Ortolani for 6 years. He was thoughtful, caring and cared for my physical welfare. (May)
