It's been awhile since I've seen Dr Lucas ( Not. In my network ). Always was a great listener and never had any problems with referrals, medications being called in. Wish he was in my network as I wouldn't hesitate going back to him. Office staff was also polite and friendly.

fter suffering over 10 years with migraines as often as every day for a year Dr. Lucas sent me to a neurologist who is treating me with Lyrica. This is a miracle drug for me and I cannot thank Dr. Lucas enough.

DURING THE TEN YEARS THAT DR. LUCAS HAS BEEN MY PRIMARY CARE HEALTH PROVIDER, HE HAS HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THE HEALTH ISSUES THAT I MUST FACE EACH DAY. TO DATE, HE HAS PRESCRIBED THE MEDICINES THAT HELP ME TOLERATE, AND DEAL WITH THE 24/7 PAIN ISSUES THAT I HAVE. I KNOW HOW MUCH DR. LUCAS HAS DONE FOR ME, AND I HOPE THAT HE IS AWARE OF THE IMPORTANT PART HE PLAYS BY ENCOURINGING ME TO DEAL WITH MY HEALTH ISSUES IN A POSITIVE WAY. I TRULY APPRECIATE MY RELATIONSHIP WITH DR. LUCAS. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO GUIDE DR. LUCAS ALONG THE WAY THAT LEADS TO OTHER PATIENTS HAVING THIS SAME OPINION OF HIM.

Getting authorization for referrals to specialists is like pulling teeth. I can't work out if it is the doctor or the staff. I have been waiting 10 days for authorization to a referral. Should it really take that long?

This doctor is great if you do not get sick or only have general easily treatable problems. Do NOT go to this office if you have complicated problems. They have a problem referring you to see a specialist. They do not care enough to keep patients out of pain even if the patient is screaming for pain relief.

I much preferred Dr Lucas' ARNP, Linda. She is more caring & much more thorough. I personally found his "follow through" to be appalling!
