My experience as a patient of Dr. Agnone was outstanding. He is a caring doctor and very highly experienced. Most importantly he diagnosed my issue and Im now feeling much better I cant say enough good things about him and also his nurse Christy. Im so grateful that Borland Groover is right here my back yard and I didnt need to go to Orlando or Jacksonville for this level of care

Had an appointment on September 30 2020. Saw a PA. My records were needed from previous upper GI. I was in distress when I went for the visit. I signed all necessary forms...that was 3 WEEKS ago. No phone call on follow up...nothing. Called on 102220 to speak with a manager was put on hold for 22 minutes until I finally hung up What is wrong with people??

I was not pleased with the doctor however the staff showed professionalism.Dr. prescribed a three day heavy antibiotic BEFORE test results were in Needless to say all were negative. This particular three day antibiotic retails for over $800 6 pills~~ Somehow a pharmacy in Winter Garden called me charged $78 and sent 2 of them via mail. The other four were to be delivered by a drug rep to his office. I was never called and thank goodness. After many attempts here and there to no avail he owes me $78 of which I will never recover. It’s not about the money~it’s about negligence and prescribing before test results are obtained especially for a 67 year old patient with seven autoimmune diseases. Antibiotics are our enemy unless absolutely necessary. Thankfully I am a retired medical professional and know my body very well. Shame on you

We are very happy and pleased to have Dr. Louis Agnone as our Gastroenterologist. He is so knowledgeable and informative and we felt very comfortable with him. And so appreciated the time he spent with us. Also to note that his Nurse Christy has such a pleasant and caring personality and is also very knowledgeable We are so happy to have them both for our health care.
