I came to Dr Riner when my Gastroenterologists on Clyde Morris in Port Orange, let me down. Dr. Riner took me as a patient with Crohn's Disease and GAVE...Not only was he extremely comforting and reassuring me that we can get on top of both diseases and get it under control. I was very concerned as I did not know about GAVE (Watermelon Stomach) and what causes it and what can be done. Dr. Riner took me as a patient and felt that with both diseases affecting my stomach and colon I should further see a specialist and has been very proactive on getting me to a clinic in Orlando. His staff is very friendly, his PA is very educated and patient friendly, and he is very comforting. Thanks for not letting me down Dr. Riner and keeping me confident in my health.

I went by reviews when selecting Dr Riner The Reviews were excellent but were far surpassed by the service I received. His staff was the best very reassuring for someone who had put off receiving his first colonoscopy until 69 I have now had 2 .The results were explained in a professional manner and the details for a follow-up were put in a positive light. All turned out well and the staff that works with Dr riner put me at ease every step of the way

It would be really nice to see THE DOCTOR when you go to his office - not an APN. I had to pay a $65 copay to NOT see the doctor and to be told that I can’t have a recommended treat just because I don’t have anyone to physically drive me the 1.3 miles from the hospital to my home. That an UBER isn’t allowed - but that someone I know can pick me up and drop me off the same as a taxi or UBER. I asked to speak to someone like the doctor and was told fine, u ya II can leave and not come back. Maybe a REAL doctor could’ve figured this out.

Dr Riner is thorough, never rushes the appointment, completely explains in terms a patient can understand, and LISTENS to me, answers my questions,and ASKS IF I have any questions. HIGHLY recommend Dr Mark Riner.

If you need a gastroenterologist, this is THE place to be. Excellent medical care and customer service from Dr. Riner and his team. You're not a "number" in their office, you're a patient with unique needs - and that's exactly how your situation is addressed. My husband and I are very thankful for the time and care they provide us. Dr. Riner looks at the whole picture - taking time and care not to miss things that others in this hurried world would probably miss (or simply dismiss). Outstanding physician, outstanding office!
