Dr.Kohen has been nothing but kind. He listened to all of my problems. I have been going to this office for over 2 years . He has changed my life for the better. That is what a Dr. should do and the staff fought for the right treatment that I needed. He has treated my RA and allergies .

Rude! Rude! Rude! from minute you open the door all you feel is negative vibes. The front desk staff, the ones who "greet" the patients were horrible!! They had no compassion what so ever, the office was very chaotic and unorganized. I wish I could remember the lady at the desk so I could give her a proper shout out! I was told to go to billing and talk to Joy, who by the way did not personify her name at all, she was just as rude as the rest of them. I work in a healthcare environment myself, If I treated my patients like we were treated, my company would fire my butt! Not to mention this was our second visit to this office, I almost didn't go back after I encountered the same rudeness the first time, giving them the benefit of the doubt we went back anyway what a mistake!!

Dr. Diamond is an amazing doctor. He has been our family PCP for more than 30 years. As for the office staff...they definitely need to learn how to provide customer service. When it comes to the office manager, RUDE is an understatement. I decided years ago to give what I get. You hard time me, I give it back to you. But, I would not let her obnoxiousness take away from his professionalism, and care. Get past the front office, and you will be pleased.

My wife and I also left Dr. Diamond recently due to the same issue previously posted. The office staff (Mrs. Diamond) is extremely rude and antiquated. You can tell that SHE is the one calling the shots not the doctor. You can't even get a call back from Dr. Diamond, and she is the supreme leader of the whole operation and it is at her sole discretion whether you can ask a question or not. Dr. Diamond cares more the opinion of the masses than to treat each patient individually. Not everyone has the same issues, nor medical history, and to make blanket decisions for all patients is dangerous and in my opinion unethical.
