Dr Yacoub's staff is the best I've ever seen. From the first point of reception to heading out the door. People were actually happy to see that I was a new patient and ultra helpful. Dr Yacoub has an excellent rapport with his staff and the patient. Fortunately I did not require any additional care other than monitoring my situation. I felt quite confident in the manner he handled my case and I look forward to working with him and his staff in the future.

Went for leg ablation at Halifax Hospital. Arrived at 12:30; wheeled off to cath lab about 3:30; woke up about 4:45. NEVER saw Yacoub before nor after surgery. Supposed to get a follow-up call the next day -- another lie. Compression bandages wrapped around legs so tight that lymph fluids exited through my skin, making blisters up and down my legs.

What a wonderful brilliant surgeon. He save my mothers life after she experienced a dissected aorta. No one thought she would survive. I thank God for sending Dr. Yacoub to my mother on September 5, 2021.
