I only gave 1 star because you can't give zero. My father had knee replacement surgery scheduled for 1/3/2018. It was rescheduled for 2/14/2018 and after he attended the pre-surgery class, his surgery was cancelled and they told dad they were dropping him as a patient. Fine, but they never refunded his $1316. copayment. After my dad passed away, I started calling trying to get his refund. I sent Alicia Cox all the info & she said she was looking into it. Every time I would call back, I was told I had to be patient. Still waiting.......

What a fantastic Dr. You will not find anyone better. Staff is friendly and extremely competent. Highly reccomend if you're looking for an orthopedic

Dr. Seltzer is amazing...He did my knee replacement 13 1/2 years ago and I started to feel my knee getting loose. Called got an appointment right away (staff is awesome) and he remembered me :O)...Needed a parts upgrade...lol ...All in all in my opinion he is the best !!!!!!!!!!!

I have know Dr. Seltzer for 30 years, he is a truly caring person with the patient's well being in mind. The last two surgeries that I underwent were for my right shoulder (total reverse) and a total knee replacement. I know am pain free and have mobility than I have had in years, which will allow my wife and I to travel and enjoy our retirement. I cannot say enough good things about him. A true friend! Dr Seltzer is from a generation of doctors we won't see again. He is honest with what can and cannot be done and does not force you down any path, but rather gives you the information so that you can make an informed decision. He is quite the gentlemen, he does not rush you and is very through in his explanations. I first came to Dr. Seltzer in 2015 with a botched knee replacement from another well-known orthopedic surgeon. I had tried several of the "superstar" knee surgeons around Florida to try and get help, but they would not touch it. I could not even get past the receptionists to get an appointment. I talked with my family physician and he recommended Dr. Seltzer. Dr. Seltzer was willing to take on the arduous task of trying to fix the problem. The surgery improved my knee stability quite a lot and I am very happy with the results. In 2019, I had a major meniscus tear that Dr. Seltzer treated via arthroscopy. Excellent result again! Professional, straightforward, honest, and highly skilled.

Dr. Seltzer was willing to work with my previously replaced knee when no one else would. Called several orthopedic surgeons in the area in an attempt to have my botched knee replacement attended to. Most refused to see me at all. Dr. Seltzer was willing and able to do the fix and I have been great since. A truly highly skilled surgeon. Very professional and thorough.
