I needed to get an MRI done of my brain as well as my lower spine. I put it off for a long time because I was scared to death to go inside one of those tubes. And then I found Open MRI, it was the best decision I could have possibly made. The staff was outstanding. I cannot say enough about the techs that were there in the room explaining each situation that was going to happen, turning the fan on and also putting on music of my choice. They kept reassuring me that everything was okay and I was doing great. They kept letting me know how much time was left and that everything was fine. I have severe anxiety and also claustrophobia. I was scared out of my mind to get it done. But I really cannot say enough good things about this place and I am grateful for this location.

What a wonderful experience I had at Open MRI. From the setting of the appointment with Sue to the MRI process with Jan it was an awesome experience and I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Highly suggest this location.

Walking through the big parking lot plenty of places to park handicap parking available walked up to the doors very clean doors windows walked into a beautiful reception area Matt bye nice receptionist who made sure that my results would go to the right doctors and places only waited 5 minutes after filling out a small amount of paperwork met by friendly staff lock my belongings up in a locker they walk me to the Open MRI table she was very friendly and made my experience as comfortable as I could be I was very comfortable 25 minutes later I was done they were very very friendly went to the reception area only waited 4 minutes had a copy of my Imaging they were very friendly and very effective I will always use Open MRI in Daytona thank you all for making my experience the best of it could be

I have been going through it with 2 other MRI places for weeks.I spoke to Sue today and I feel better about the whole situation. I wish I would have called here to begin with.I haven't had my appointment yet and I will update my review.

Be very claustrophobic, I found this to be easy. Got me in and out fairly quickly considering I had 4 different tests. Only thing is I wish I could get results online.
