I have been going through it with 2 other MRI places for weeks.I spoke to Sue today and I feel better about the whole situation. I wish I would have called here to begin with.I haven't had my appointment yet and I will update my review.

I chose to get an open MRI as I’m actually uncomfortable and uneasy about a closed MRI. I walked in and the receptionist, Sheri, was nice enough. The woman who did the MRI was the most unfriendly person I ever met in a medical environment. No bedside manner at all. Went in and she told me where to sit. Never ever mentioned the process, which when having an MRI would have been nice to know what to expect. I asked her to let me know from time to time how much time would be left so I would have some idea how much longer I would be in the machine. Well, she never did that. When it was over, all she said was “you’re done. You can leave now.” She certainly was not personable. I personally will never return to that office.

Be very claustrophobic, I found this to be easy. Got me in and out fairly quickly considering I had 4 different tests. Only thing is I wish I could get results online.

I haven't even had my appointment yet and I love this place. Seems like it must be a good work environment. Staff is friendly knowledgable and caring. They've been great at following up and making sure I am prepared. I initially went to a competitor in Port Orange and I felt unwelcome - I turned around and walked out. This place is a breath of fresh air. Will report back if I experience anything worth noting.

So I am very claustrophobic and have very bad anxiety. But the people at Open Mri of Daytona we’re hands-down the best people they are also caring and nice I would highly recommend them to anybody. they are very compassionate people and I can’t thank all the staff enough for such an awesome experience! Thanks open mri of Daytona! Will highly recommend to anyone!

I went here today for an MRI of my hand. I received punctual and professional service. This was my second visit this year.Great staff.

Had a Sat am appt. on time no waiting. They knew I was anxious and promised they would help me. The tech had great compassion and patience. He also allowed my husband be with me and support me through the process. After 3 “ stoooop!” And some words of encouragement We got it done. There is nothing scary about the noise sounded like Indian dance beat and everything is clean it’s what’s in the mind that makes this difficult. I swore I would never do an MRI but now that the team helped me I feel accomplished.
