My family has been blessed with excellent 24/7 care from Preferred Care at Home Coastal Volusia for the past 5 months. My father is a hospice patient with a variety of health issues. Owners Doug and Suzette are not a staffing agency. Instead they hand pick each caregiver for all of my father's needs. All of our caregivers are customer focused, mature and experienced, assuring continuity of care for each shift. This is crucial since our family lives out of state, visiting once or twice per month. My father has expressed to our family that he is so fortunate to have such a caring group of caregivers. Debbie Anadio is a sample of the unique types of caregivers on board; she brings spirited fun with her ability to engage my father in interesting conversation, piano playing, beach walks, and gourmet cooking! I highly recommend Debbie and our other caring and compassionate caregivers at Preferred Care at Home Coastal Volusia.

Sincere caring and compassionate caregivers, starting at the top with Suzette, and those who work for her organization. Having two hip replacements within six months, Suzette and Mary Ellen have been a blessing. to me. Thank you so very much for being YOU!!

I had two caregivers care for our mothers while my wife and I were on vacation. Saying they were fantastic is an understatement. They treated our mothers like queens and with utmost respect. I plan on always using their services. I trust them completely!

Suzette and her wonderful caregivers have been such a godsend to our family. Mom's children are all out of state, and Suzette, Debbie, Carol stepped in with compassion, patience, reliability, and went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this agency.
