Dr. Gaines is the best. He is conservative but caring. He performed bilateral knee replacement on me as well as one hip. This visit was a four year follow up on my knees and two years on my hip. I have recommended Dr. Gaines to about 5 different people and all are as pleased as I am.

Dr Gaines is one of the best doctors have seen in many years. He answers all my questions, explains any procedures he is doing and he is always very pleasant with me. There are a few doctors like him nowadays. I thank him for everything he does for me.

Its only been about 60 hours (in my third day after surgery) and I am doing great. With the exception of balancing the pain meds after the nerve block expired, I have had little pain and am looking forward to a great outcome! Dr Gaines gets two thumbs up from me.
