Took 4 months for me to get to the point of putting in the stimulator, this Doctor wants me to talk to a shrink. I hate going to Doctors . Everyone of you made me feel like there was nothing wrong with me that I just wanted surgery. I’m still miserable with the pain and discomfort.

I saw Dr. Sims for 2 years, in that time frame he never tried anything to find the problem. The pain got so severe I had to switch doctors, After consulting with a neurosurgeonI was diagnosed with occipital neuralgia. A simple procedure corrected the problem.Dr. Sims does not have the ability to think outside of CDC protocols...needs to gain some courage in that area. He does do a good job of calling meds in if that is all you are after just don't expect to get enough to control your problem if it is serious.

Dr. Sims is a very patient, understanding doctor. He explained all options and gives opinions as to what is best. He helped me and I am very pleased with him. I highly recommend him.

With the amount of osteoarthritis I have and my age, I don't want any more surgeries. Dr. Sims helps me with alternatives. He is kind and compassionate, yet explains everything so clearly. I feel safe, in less pain and in good hands. Plus, his assistant Teresa, Jessica and the staff at the surgical center is amazing!! Thanks so much!
