Ed & Marie: Moved to Florida from Virginia last October. Had our first wellness check today (8/14/23). Appointment was right on time, receptionist was friendly and polite. Dr. Lemaster was very professional and personable. He listened and gave us great advice. Ed has a follow-up visit in just one week.

Was seen by Dr Lemaster about my shoulder pain, and he was very professional and compassionate about my situation. Ordered all the necessary test to find out what to do next. The nurses are very polite, friendly, and helpful. The ladies up front are very professional, friendly and compassionate. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the phone system they have is horrible..LOL.. there is really no direct number and the wait times are 15 to 25 minutes to speak with someone.

Cannot ever get anything but “out to lunch” recording anymore when I call. Last appointment was cancelled on me the day before and I’ve been unable to reschedule for weeks now. Refused all of my previous meds until several studies are done, all of which I’ve had before and have all medical haiotpry available to them. Residency program means you never see the doctor and the student doctors you see have to go and ask big brother what to do with every decision. Felt like I was waiting in a car dealership with the associate trying to strike a deal with their managers.

After having you as my Dr. for many years I was truly upset with your receptionist. I was a few minutes late for my appt. She told me I couldn't see you. No consideration. Absolutely ridiculous. It was empty in your waiting area and she was downright rude. I will not be back. I will be letting the area know not to use your practice

The address is accurate. You won't get seen by this Doctor, or any of the "real" doctors there. This office has a residency program .... that means student doctors seeing you at random times. If you need a specific day of the week for appointments, find a different doctor

Absolutely the best physician I've had in 65 years. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, answers all questions cheerfully. Pays attention to the details. Can't recommend him highly enough.
