Nurse Karen is very professional and caring. You do not find many nurses like that she takes very good care of my sister. And always answers my questions. Puts my mind at peace when I go at home. I love my sister very much. I do not feel save to have her with many nurses. Ms Karen is the bestMy sister talks to nurse Karen, I think she is the only nurse she has talked to. She likes her she is kind and. Cares. Very good for patients healingI begged to go to ICU tourture me for three days with pressers. Wanted to put a pacemaker. Went to ICU 2 hours I was off everything I was so scared. Thought I was dyeing. They told my sister to DNR me. Shame on them thinking they are better then ICU

After my battle with Covid, I still needed a lot of care. Manuel Ramos one of my many nurses was excellent in giving me care. He went above and beyond to encourage me, keep me focused to get better.i amgrateful to have met Manuel. He is excellent in care giving.

Karen made our experience here better than expected. She went way out of her way and got creative to give my mom some of the desires of her heart. Finding these little keys to happiness is intrinsic to the healing process. And, this quality of caring gives the rest of us peace and perseverance in hard times. The entire staff from the nurses, doctors, technicians were caring and professional. These people saved my life. I am forever in gratitude for them. I would strongly recommend this Care Center over any other in the central Florida area.

This hospital has been a integral part of my recovery from COVID-19. The doctors come visit everyday. And the nurses are tentative. The CNAs do what they suppose to. Dana and Jada from physical therapy are awesome to me. They pushed me to get up. They got me using a walker and mobile for the first time in months. It is awesome to get around again after three months in the hospital. Thank You Girls!!!

I am months overdue for making this review, but this facility is The Best!! I strongly encourage & recommend this hospital to facilitate you or your loved ones long term critical care. My mom was admitted (Thanks so much to Amy the Liaison she was heaven sent) from Advent Health deland ICU with COVID. Amy saw to it that my mom was placed and taken care of. The quality of care from the nurses therapists and doctors saved my mom's life & got her back healthy and strong! I am so grateful for this entire facility & the care they gave to my mom, especially Amy who kept in contact with me & addressed any concerns I had.

This hospital has been wonderful. The turn around of my dad since coming here has been amazing. The nurses and doctors are wonderful and very helpful. The hospital and the rooms are very clean. All glory to God. His nurse Karen is very thoughtful and is available to answer all our questions. You can tell that she really enjoys her career. Thank you and God bless you all!!!
