The staff is very friendly , helpful. The Doctor(Dr. Cam) is very professional, knowledgeable . I highly recommend this place. My overall experience has been excellent!

Absolutely wonderful. You must be open to getting healed! Speak up to how you feel and how each treatment is going. Your body may be use to being "broken" so it will be sore at first. Stay with it! Again, don't be afraid to speak up! The team is great, Dr. Nelson 👍👍's up!

Dr. Cameron Stewart was very informative and patient with my condition. They took extra care when they saw the pain that I was in. Armando the physical therapist is very caring and gives great advice on exercises to help stretch the back and help in the recovery process. Paris in physical therapy was also very kind and gentle to me as some days I would come in there in extreme pain and could hardly move. They have been the most caring bunch of people during this year, very encouraging, helpful, informative and patient with me. I just want to give each and every one of them in the office praise!

Great place. Courtney is very professional and informative. Would be even better if she wasn't so hard to contact. Maybe a phone at her desk would make her more efficient than she already is.

I was referred to Sterling medical group Daytona Beach following a car accident I was previously and all of the staff members and the doctor are the best ever very professional very polite they get you in on time if not a little earlier and I love it very good customer service very good Overall treatment I recommend them to any and everyone needing help through their practice thank you and God bless

Literally had the worst medical experience of my life here! I called to tell the office I had gotten lost and they assured me it was no problem since I was one street away. I made it to my appointment at less than 5 minutes past the appointment time and checked in and signed the sign in sheet, again not being told there was a problem. I waited in the waiting area for a good 40 minutes before the office assistant noticed I hadn't been seen yet and said she didn't realize I was even there. After being taking into a room and having vitals taken and my chart updated for the neurosurgeon, the assistant comes back and says the doctor won't see me because I was late. She was very nice and apologized for the the mix up and explained that she was new and didn't realize Sterling Medical doctors wouldn't see late patients (even if it wasn't the patients fault, which in my case it was not). I was asked to reschedule after being at the office for over an hour... with another doctor no less or wait over a month for another appointment time with my current doctor. After I rescheduled and left the office with an appointment card for mid-October, I received a phone call at 2:30pm saying they had no idea what time my appointment was and needed me to confirm the doctor, date and time for them.... this is ridiculous and they need to reevaluate their staff as a whole! This entire experience was horrific and unacceptable for someone with a major medical concern. Do not use this office for any of your medical needs.

Over 3 weeks ago I had a car accident,one that for me was traumatic and am now in pain,frustrated and wanting to feel better! From the minute I walked into this office the entire staff has been so helpful! Dr. McKinniss is well educated,explaining why I am experiencing the things I am! She offers different options,exercises,stretching to relieve pain! From Shakela at the front desk, Joann helping with treatment and Dr. McKinniss everyone in the office is very patient and understanding,not something you find in some medical offices! I am very grateful that the opportunity to receive treatment from this office was available to me! I would strongly recommend this office for treatment!
