Wonderful, caring doctors and staff. I had forgotten to reschedule a follow-up appointment with Dr. Ursic. When I couldn't find it on my calendar I called to ask when it was scheduled. The staff informed me I hadn't followed up to reschedule. With the holiday approaching and no appointments available they offered to check with Dr. Ursic to see if there was anything she could do. They called back and said if I didn't mind waiting to come in right after lunch and they would get me in. Top notch medical treatment with top notch personal treatment! Highly recommend.

When I was in the exam room with Colleen, she told me I could have ONE spot looked at for a cheaper price, or I could have a complete check for $170.00. This time I choose to have my one spot looked at because that was what I was concerned about.They originally billed me at a reduced price. The next day the receptionist called me and told me they would be billing me for the entire $170.00 even though I did NOT have anything looked at but ONE spot. If COLLEEN had NOT told me I was going to be billed LESS if I did not have a complete exam I would have had a complete exam. They apparently just wanted to receive FULL EXAM PAYMENT after telling me and taking my payment for a reduced exam visit since they only looked at ONE SPOT.
