List of Thomas Boulter's Reviews
Dr. Boulter performed spinal fusion on me and malpositioned two pedicle screws causing severe and continuing pain. Dr. Boulter ordered a CT scan the day after surgery because of the awful pain I was in and saw that he had misplaced a screw and told me this. He said that scar tissue would form and I would be alright so he would not remove the screws and revise it. Standard of care is that dr. should go back in and remove malpositioned screws that are causing a patient pain. I went to three other doctors who gave me reports that the screws were malpositioned. I had to have second surgery at another hospital to do the entire operation over and place the screws properly. The first operation with Dr. Boulter was at Halifax Hospital, Daytona Beach, Fl. They knew I was in great pain and all staff seemed to ignore me and do nothing about the horrible situation I was in with the screw sticking into a nerve. all the other drs I saw said it angered them that Dr. Boulter left me in pain.
Too bad there are not more doctors like Dr. Boulter. He went to great lengths to explain everying to me and answered all my questions. He never seemed like he was rushing me, even though he had other patients waiting. THE BEST! T. Parker

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
