I am very impressed with Dr. Ejie and his staff. They have been so helpful and caring. I am so happy that my doctor referred me to him.

Poor communication, unwillingness to cooperate with the patient.

Was referred by neurology for a positive western blot for Lyme for treatment. I have been to another Volusia County Infectious disease specialist for an infected finger so initially I called that office, his staff stated he did not see Lyme patients at all so I really did not have much faith that this IDS would have much to offer either..... I was correct. While I am sure this Doctor is fantastic with HIV and Hep patients he has nothing to offer Lyme patients other than an attitude and the most basic treatment that you could receive from an urgent care visit. His communication skills are underwhelming. I would skip this guy if you have Lyme or ME/CFS and find yourself a functional medicine doctor. The staff and PA that I interacted with were professional and courteous.

This dr' office hours are listed as 8am-4pm. Was told by staff they only see patients between 10-2. After I made an appointment, I realized I had to change it,. Now no matter what time I call, all I get is his answering service. I am not impressed at all with this office.

One of the best doctors you will ever meet if you would like quality care and not lip service. I have experience other doctors telling patients what they want on hear and they end up worse. But Dr Ejie pays attention to details and has a lot knowledge on the latest medication and guidelines. His has gets good results where it counts your health and well-being.

Horrible service. Called me in into the room and and said the doctor would be in shortly. Over an hour went by and still no one. I tried to see if The DR would be in shortly and still nothing. I ended up just leaving because I had to go back to work. The front desk and billing department has poor service. Tried to get my bill adjusted because I was double charge and the only response I kept getting from the front desk was that the person was at lunch and this went on for 2 weeks. Never got a call back and they couldn’t provide me anything to escalate my issue.

Great Dr wonderful experience. He has treated me twice during the past year during 2 separate hospital stays at Advent Health Ormond. His PA is absolutely wonderful as well. Very thorough and treated the infections that were causing me to end up with a cascade failures in my immune system. Thank you for being so kind d,caring and treating me with such respect. I'm forever grateful!

Absolutely worst doctor experience I have had in long time. Second visit and it was a nightmare. Did not feel like he listened to the point had me in tears. He also told me I had tested positive for mono but that is no where on my blood work. I have had fevers for about two months. He tells me to go to hospital or see primary. He and the nurse have absolute no bedside manner or empathy.

i was told by this doctor through his N.P. i needed to go back to the hospital at the ER (8+ hour wait time at least and getting exposed to Covid after a 19 day stay at Advent Health Daytona Beach) and get admitted and stay another 3 to 4 weeks, and if i did not. i was going to die. yes, that is what i was told by this doctor through his N.P.. i had a fungi mass growing in my lungs. i supplied him with a good sample of mucus for them to grow a culture and 3 weeks later it dictated i needed this antibiotic for 5 days. i was discharged from Advent Health hospital and continued that antibiotic for another 25 days. This doctor was basing his opinion on a culture that was 6 weeks old and no other test. i believe that could be a practice of "Mal Practice" .i would never recommend him for first aid treatment. i am questioning Advent Heath for allowing this person to practice medicine in their Hospital. if you get admitted to Advent Health Hospital Daytona Beach, decline this person as a doctor for you, beware! i went to another specialist for a second opinion and very glad i did. No, i am not going to die anytime soon. No further test or procedures needed. Doing well.

Dr Ejie, is a very good doctor. He knows his job and very confident at what he does. He is kind and caring. He is also very devoted to his patients, and will do more than the minimum required. I could go on and on, but one thing I know for sure I would recommend him to take care of any of my family or friends.
