My appointment was reschedule and my appointment should be in Palm Coast office at 1pm. I waited 25 min but nobody didn't show up. I wasn't alone- 2 more patients waiting outside of the office. I tried to call them multiple times, but you only can leave a message because they "are really busy". I called next day multiple times, I left messages but nobody didn't call me back. I respect myself and my time is valuable. I never will go to this office, looks like doctors will not provide a good service too. This is not a way to do the business. Doctors should respect their patients.....

Another addition to my previous review. They write on your paperwork that it’s like a hotel room. It’s like the worst MOTEL room. The room was so messy, bed looks awful, feels awful. The hotels I stay in, thankfully, are nothing like these rooms. You are either at some persons messy house or you are at a flea bag motel! Don’t go here!!

I was sitting at the bar when they came into pay and saw the order and looked at the receipt when it was sitting on the counter, I felt so bad for the person because it took her forever to get their order ready and other customers suffered because of it! $400 in food and tip $5 go to Outback next time.

12 people sitting in a waiting room is not what I call good service. I have been going to this Quack for 4 months and only seen his PA. And she recommended that I get an oral appliance. My primary thinks that’s stupid because I have severe sleep apnea.

This is a no frills operation. That said they get the job done. They accurately diagnose whether you have or not a sleep disorder and send you to the next level for assessment and Cpack fitting as needed. Problems: slow to get back on calls.

Most of the staff is nice, however the office is way overwhelmed. I am going to be leaving this office because for a year I've been trying to get a new mask and neither may Hugh or the office helped me with the issue. I am not compliant due to the fact I never had a proper mask fitting, and now may hugh wants $700 from me. Once I get my sleep study done from another doctor the equipment will be returned. There was another issue - I need to work but at the same time I needed FMLA, The forms need to be filled out exactly as stated and every question needs to be answered. Due to my fatigue some days going to work is extremally hard. Twice my FLMA got kicked back for missing dates and questions not answered. now I only got approved for appts and not leave ( which I need) on my recert I made an appt for the doctor that originally filled out my form who needed to correct her mistake ( on the first kickback) instead the older doctor in his 70's came in and took no notes and was clueless about my form, and starting to mark NA NA without reading the form or talking with me. This Doctor never even treated me and was extremally rude. Over all nothing got accomplished and I never saw my treating doctor who also wrote up the form. I need a doctor who will attend to my needs more closely. I'm sorry that they are too busy to deal with Cpap company and are too busy to allow me to be heard about my FMLA form ( instructions given by my case manager) I have an appointment with a doctor that deals with more than 1 company and hopefully will give me better customer service all around including dealing with the cpap companies I do want to thank Dr Whaba Wahba for doing what they could for me, but I need more attention to my issues.

For the most part I have been satisfied with Dr. Wahba and his staff Most recently, they were supposed to have called a script into my pharmacy and they have not done that. Its been two days. Trying to get hold of someone in the office is next to impossible. Most recently, I had a d a bronchoscopy done Dr wahba didn't even acknowledge my wife and I when he came into the room. He's got a God complex.
