List of Willie Potter's Reviews
The best way to describe the experience here is "FAMILY". The doctor is very understanding and attentive, and the ladies that run the office are absolutely amazing! I will never be able to repay the kindness they've shown to me from day 1, but I am forever grateful.
Worse place I've ever seen in my life.... The nurses don't even wear scrubs.... I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to go here.
Compassionate and caring . Tonia is the best . Helpful and comforting .
There staff is rude, more often than not you need to go in just to make an appointment, I waited 6 month's just to get my lab work from my previous Dr. And I had a pap smear done and the nurse told me that I didn't have one done that particular day plus she had the nerve to argue with me about it, the worst physician's ever, not the slightest bit professional!!!
I see all these negative reviews...I personally found the front desk, nurses and dr Potter very nice and helped me threw a very difficult time in my life and thanks to them I’m living a happier and healthier life.😇
Would give ZERO stars if that was an option! I don't think I've ever encountered such poor professionalism. The way you are spoken to by the ladies in this office, leads me to believe they've forgotten patients are the reason they all have jobs. The office location explains a lot!!!
Worst staff an nurses I've ever seen. Dr Potter is the best but I had to go elsewhere. Wanted to get treated like garbage then go here. Nurses n secretaries will discuss your business in front of all in waiting room.
The worst doctors and nurses I have ever dealt with in my life. They are lazy, rude, and complete idiots.
It's amazing that he was able to become a doctor. He doesn't have a clue what he is doing, and he is very inappropriate. His staff is worthless. They never answer the phone. They charge you to do a prior authorization and then they don't even send it through. You have to continue to try to call them to let them know the prior still wasn't done. Most of the time you have to go in person in order to talk to anyone. An average wait time to see them is two to three hours. Worst staff ever.
a city where there is a lot of competition in the medical office field, and rude, inefficient staffn easily be fired and quickly replaced, I'm not used to the UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional staff in this office. I guess there is a shortage of replacements in Daytona beach. I, as well as my pharmacist have been requesting my refills for three weeks now. I was told by staff, since the office is so busy,it would take a month to see me, so just go to the e,r. If I get sick. I barely get a word in before I'm transferred to a voice mail that is pointless to leave a message. I love. Dr Parnell. He is a great and caring doctor. What a shame that he has to work with a staff who is more concerned with what they're having for lunch, and making personal cell phone calls while a line of patients are waiting to check out.they deserve to be working in somebody'sdrive through, or cleaning toilets rather than a professional office with a great doctor. Yes, that's harsh, but completely deserved.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
