Great
I have been trying to set an appointment for my mom that is in urgent need of surgery for almost a week. I have been told over and over that I will get a call back and nothing. I have had to call each time to follow up and try make progress. Each time I call, it's something like they are working on a chart or somehow this time around the person who does appointments isn't there that day. Only one person at this ENTIRE facility knows how to make appointments? This is the only practice I've ever contacted that is this hard to work with, with half the staff being short spoken and rude.
Saw Dr Liu last week because of chest pain have had a heart attack in the past and have a coronary stent she ordered a heart catherasation said the office would schedule well a week later I'm still waiting. It took two months to see Dr Liu after a trip to emergency room for chest pain I guess they are to busy will be looking for a new cardiologist I just can't keep waiting. I do like Dr Liu the office staff is the problem.
My primary sent a referral. I was then scheduled for an appointment 3 months later by wing cardiology. I arrived for appointment 15 minutes early . They told me I couldn’t be seen today because I needed a referral . I told them they had it and called me to set the appointment . Then she said the referral expired on May 30 . They still can’t see me today . What a bunch of B.s. wasting my time and my primaries time . They said they would call me to set another appointment, yuk.
I am a relatively new patient. So far I am overall very impressed!!
She saved my brother in laws life, at least twice! She goes the extra mile with us patients and even got a difficult relative whose also a patient, to laugh with her! I trust her with my life. The employees have all been great, also,
She did heart catheterization for my wife
Dr. Liu is wonderful. She knew my medical problem right away and sent me to another wonderful and kind physician for my open-heart surgery. Today I was in the office to have my pacemaker checked. I was having pain next to my incision and asked one of the employees at the desk if I could see a nurse. She blatently said they were to busy to see me. I explained my problem and she insisted they couldn't see me. So, I had to insist that someone needs to check to see the problem. She sarcastically went to talk with a nurse and when she came back to the desk where she saw me standing she proceeded to say that I was very addament about seeing someone. How rude! Here I was having pain in my chest and all I wanted to know was if something was wrong with my heart. Megan, the nurse came out and was very kind. She sent me over to the hospital to have x-rays. Someone needs to speak to that desk employee and give her a kindness pill!
After many years of Dr Liu as my and my wife's cardiologist, she and her people have taken great care of both and our hearts conditions. Saved my life and made the terminal condition of my wife much worth living. She is loving, caring and a wonderful human being, along with her crew. She has a very, very grateful patient that appreciates the care her staff provided, practice and the care I was given. Thank you all, R G Hereford
I can't say much for Dr. Liu as a doctor, but as for her team/staff you will be taking a gamble with your life, she gives her staff way to much power & controle, which leads to neglecting her patients, their is so much room for error & miss communication/lack of communication & lack of listening/tracking patients info. Mistakes have been made over & over to the appoint of their staff having to call 911 & depending on me communicating to them what to do while I was not medically able to communicate, instead of know who I was, what my medical history is, ot even contacting my care givers/emergency contacts.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
