I was desperately trying to get an appointment for a neurologist during the week of Tropical Storm Nicole and was not getting my calls returned by any other offices. When I called Dr Tikku they were able to get me in, in less than a week. I thought Ann was very pleasant both on the phone and in person. Dr Tikku called me back from the waiting room and he was very attentive. He listened to me and at no point made me feel rushed. You could tell he was taking the time to process everything I was saying and thinking of potential causes. He explained his thought process to me and all of the potential contributors to my symptoms, without making me worry. Some imaging was ordered as a next step, and I can say at this point I do trust Dr Tikku with my health and feel confident that he will give more direction at my follow up.

Awful Dr very rude receptionist called the cops on me because I walked in the office with no mask on then refused to never see me again

The receptionist stated she was the office manager and she’s rude and thinks using the term dumb is excusable if she doesn’t call a person that directly. Very unprofessional. I’m pretty sure she would get offended if someone called her dumb for her limited vocabulary

Dr. Tikku is AMAZING! I came to him for a second opinion and he was phenomenal. He explained what was seen during my testing, provided the potential causes of my brain activity, and the lifestyle changes I can work towards to potentially function without medication. He has a great sense of humor and sarcasm, and he was very personable while walking me through brain wave patterns. His receptionist was also really sweet when I interacted with her. I highly recommend coming to Dr. Tikku if you need a great neurologist.

Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Dr. Tikku made me feel welcome and I appreciate how he spoke to like we are new friends just having a conversation.

I've been to about 11 neurologist from CA to FL and Dr. Tikka is the best. He actually uses his brain, extremely educated in his field and very knowledgeable with medications as well.

My fiancé has is a patient here, he has been trying to get in touch with the doctor for the last TWO days due to needing his medication changed. They do not care about their patients whatsoever.

Receptionist was rude to my mother had no interest in helping my sister getting in with the doctor even though she was having seizures. She found it offensive when my mom was treating her with the same tone she was giving her but it was deserved you do not talk to patients like that.

My husband has been going to Dr. Tikka for approximately 15 years and has been great with him. He even took care of my son who is autistic a few years until my son's insurance changed. Dr. Tikka is a great Dr. I never had a negative issue with the receptionist always have been helpful with us.
